Have you ever thought about presenting your work to your peers? Maybe you are interested is seeing what your fellow students are working on? If so, the NFC Student Showcase is the place for you. The Spring Student Showcase will be Thursday, May 2. There will be refreshments at 5:30 and the program will start at 6. This is like a mini conference for students. Everyone can participate.
The program consists of a variety of student presentations. In the past, students have elected to do the following: create a Powerpoint presentation and present, set up an exhibit, create a poster presentation to put on display, create an online video, or create online voiceover presentations in VoiceThread, Yodio, Microsoft Professional-Powerpoint, or some other software you are familiar with. This is a great opportunity to get in front of people and practice your presenting skills and receive feedback in a safe environment.
The NFC would love to see a more participation in this event. Please speak with your professor or Jane Cudmore if you would like to present.
All students and members of the community are welcome to attend and view the interesting and innovative work students are doing.
